A view for the lungs

Glendale View

So I guess this is my first post in forever and I apologize. I've been busy at work but definitely not overworked. Dreamworks is a great place and they treat their employees there wonderfully with all the awesome perks. Anywho, maybe I'll post about all that later. Stephanie and I hiked a little yesterday. We took the Brand Park trail up the Verdugo Mountains which tower over the San Fernando valley. I snapped a pic with my phone so in this image you can see Glendale in the valley and another set of mountains in the distance. If you look past the smog you can barely see LA's skyline to the left of the distant mountains. It's a view for the lungs. Smoggy yet eerily serene. Maybe I'll get some better pics the next time we hike up there.

Tomorrow Stephanie and I are going to the employee screening of How To Train Your Dragon. I hear very good things about the film so tell whoever you know to drop whatever they're doing this coming weekend and go see it.
